Announcing . . . 7 Days of Hope Blog Tour

Hi, y'all! I'm back for a special announcement today:

SawyerMarie and I are hosting the 7 Days of Hope Blog Tour again!

You might remember about this tour from when we did it last year. Then, it was spur of the moment. This time, we've been planning it for a while, and we're giving ourselves and everyone else some extra time to get ready. And we're doing things a little differently (but in a good way). For one thing, we're adding an exciting giveaway with two winners!

If you'd like to host a day, you can sign up here! We might not be able to accept all applications (due to the space we have available), but we'll sort through and consider all responses.

If you don't have a blog (or just don't want to host a day), but still want to share about this blog tour, you can fill out this form! After you do, we'll send you a media kit with images ready to share on your blog, Instagram, etc.

I'm so excited for this blog tour, and I hope you'll join us in sharing the hope of Jesus during these difficult times!

Love,

Abby Elissa

Indie Author Spotlight: Ellen Senechal

Welcome to another Indie Author Spotlight! Today, we'll have a Q&A with my blogger friend Ellen Senechal, followed by an excerpt from her devotional. About the Author Ellen is the author of  The Whispers God Gives , a beautiful 30-day devotional for tween and teen girls! Here's her official author bio. :D Ellen Senechal is a teenaged extrovert who enjoys writing, reading, cuddling with babies, spending time outdoors, and eating tacos. She is a big sister in a family of eleven and a follower of Jesus. To say Ellen is slightly obsessed with music is an understatement. You'll rarely find her writing or reading without something or other playing on the radio. Pink and green are her favorite colors, new books are her weakness, and JESUS IS HER JOY. <3 You can connect with Ellen on her blog, Ellen's Musings . Now, ready for a Q&A? Q&A What first inspired you to start writing? Oh, my. I’m not sure if there was any one thing that inspired me. I’ve loved to write ...

Announcement Time!

Welcome back, y'all! So, I have several quick announcements. Here we go! As you may have noticed, I've switched my posting days - weekly posts every Thursday, posts on some Mondays. I think Thursday posts will be a lot more manageable for me than Tuesday posts. I'm starting a new ongoing blog series called "Indie Author Spotlights." As of right now, my plans are to do a quick interview and guest post with the author on a Monday. Then, that Thursday, I would give my review of some/all of their stories (depending on how many they have and I've read). I have a list of authors to contact (or that I've already contacted) personally. However, if you would like to participate in a spotlight, let me know! Here's a Google Form with much more info and the sign-up form! The King's Daughters' Writing Camp is hosting a Mini Camp! Sign up opens on January 18th, Camp starts on January 20th, Camp ends on January 27th, and the "gates close" on Janua...

Photo Dump!

Hey, y'all! I'm back!      So, I know I've been gone for almost two weeks, but that's because I was on vacation. And then I was recuperating from vacation. 😊 I'll include some pictures down below, but, in short...it was awesome. We went to the Southwest and visited four different states. And now I'm in love with Arizona...💙 💙     Also - exciting news! I finished the first read-through of my novel, and it shouldn't need too much work before I send it to my alpha readers! That'll be so nerve-racking and exciting at the same time. 😬 I'm hoping I can send it out by the end of the week! 😁     (Side note - I'm planning to start on those character interviews tomorrow, so let me know if you have any more questions for my characters!)     And, now, onto the photos! Nevada California The really neat thing about the Pacific Ocean is that these mountains (or big rocky hills, whatever you want to call them 😃 ) are just on the other side of the road ...
